The docu-series, Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV, which explores the allegations of abuse and alleged on-set treatment of some Nickelodeon child actors. It's been captivating viewers as soon as it hit the air and many are wondering if Nickelodeon's biggest stars had been effected. Well, Kenan Thompson is finally breaking his silence regarding the allegations that the network that made him household name is currently facing.

Thompson would become a break-out star of the sketch series, All That, where Dan Schneider worked as a producer. Schneider, who the docu-series accuses of running a toxic and inappropriate work environment for children, was also a writer for the original Good Burger film and worked on Kenan & Kel too. During an interview with Tamron Hall on The Tamron Hall Show, Thompson would explain that although Dan Schneider has credits on some of the same projects that Kenan was part of, he truly didn't work closely with the accused producer.

"It's tough for me because I can't really speak on things that I never witnessed. All these things happened after I left, basically. Dan wasn't really on Kenan & Kel like that. He got a created by credit, but it was a different show runner.  All that negativity started happening outside of our tenure there. I wasn't really aware of a lot of it, but my heart goes out to anyone that's been victimized, or their families"

"It's a good thing that the doc is out and it's putting things on display that need to be, stories that need to be told for accountability's sake. But it's definitely tough to watch because I have fond memories of that place. I have fond memories of my co-stars. To hear that they've gone through terrible things like that, it's really tough"

Hall would continue on by telling her viewers that the show had reached out to Nickelodeon for further comment and their response was that they investigated through all of the allegations. Thompson would then shout: "Well, investigate more!" He would later add: "It's supposed to be a safe space. It's supposed to be a safe space for kids. So to hear all that is like, 'How are you'"

Now, it's also been reported that due to the ratings success of the docs-series, a 5th episode will be released soon, focusing on The Amanda Show, as well as featuring interviews from Drake Bell from Drake & Josh and former All That cast members, Giovonnie Samuels, Bryan Hearne and Shane Lyons.
