Jamie Foxx Shoots Down ‘Illuminati’ Conspiracies

Well, Jamie Foxx is officially back. Just one month after his Netflix comedy special, What Had Happened Was, Foxx is releasing Back in Action, the project where Foxx suffered a stroke while on set. The title of the movie is fitting as its Foxx's first film since the incident, as well as co-star Cameron Diaz's first project in 10 years.

While promoting the movie for Complex's GOAT Talk, both Foxx and Diaz would answer a series of questions. During the video, Foxx would call the 'Illuminati' the GOAT conspiracy theory, further explaining that it doesn't exist and he doesn't believe in it.

"I don't believe in none of that shit. The Illuminati shit is only us. How are we not benefitting from it then? If we're supposed to be running this whole thing, how did I get stopped by the cops the other day? Can the Illuminati come and tell them to get off my ass?"

Foxx would clearly dismiss the existence of an Illuminati during this press run. However, one of his comedic peers, Katt Williams has historically done the opposite throughout his career. On one particular occasion, while promoting his role in Scary Movie 5, back in 2013, Katt was asked about the Illuminati and the conspiracy to put a black man in a dress.

Interestingly enough, over the weekend, a clip from one of Katt's recent stand-up comedy shows would go viral. In it, Katt would spread yet another conspiracy theory. This one involving Jamie Foxx, stating the actor may have been cloned, mentioning several freckles that have seemingly appeared on Foxx's face, as well as the disappearance of a tattoo on the back of his head.

Katt would also go on to tell the audience even more rumors and conspiracy theories, this one involving Jamie Foxx hosting games of butt naked basketball.

Rumors surrounding Foxx have only increased since his 2023 hospitalization and release, with many suggesting the Oscar winning actor and comedian has been cloned and the original isn't walking among us. Several social media users would react to Katt's stand-up and would provide a mixed response.

One social media user would write: "It's something about the month of January that brings out the best in Katt Williams"

While another social media user would take the opposite approach and call out Katt. That user wrote: "He's reaching now. Jamie Foxx always had freckles. People only take what Katt has to say as gospel just because he was right about Diddy"

One more social media user would remind everyone that Foxx did a Katt Williams impression during his Netflix special, suggesting this could be Katt's way of getting back at Jamie. The user wrote: "I mean what y'all expect, him not to say nothing after Jamie imitated him on that special?"

So, what do you guys think about Jamie Foxx saying he doesn't believe in the Illuminati? Do you believe him? What are your thoughts on Katt Williams' thoughts on the Illuminati and his latest stand-up jokes involving Jamie Foxx?
