Tiffany Haddish’s ‘Bad Boys 4’ Appearance Angers Fans
As promotion continues to gear up for the latest Bad Boys film in the franchise, Bad Boys: Ride of Ride, fans anticipation for the new movie is growing, as well. Most of the excitement surrounds seeing Will Smith and Martin Lawrence on the big screen once again. As the new trailer and stars talk about their work, some were surprised to see Tiffany Haddish involved in the latest film.
The entire Smith family walked the red carpet for the premiere in Los Angeles, making their first appearance together since they announced they've been separated, as well as Tiffany Haddish, who apparently, quietly joined the cast of the film.
One user on social media would react to the trailer on Twitter and wrote: "Whoever cut these Bad Boys trailers is really trying to hide the fact that Tiffany Haddish is in the movie"
Another social media user would share the same sentiment and ask: "Who TF told them to put Tiffany Haddish in the new Bad Boys movie?"
One more social media user would add: "They got Tiffany Haddish and Joyner Lucas in the new Bad Boys...it's a no from me dawg"
Now, others would share their disappointment of Haddish's involvement. It's worth nothing over the last few months Haddish has received a controversial reputation, with her DUI arrests, trip to Israel and most recently, her criticisms of college student protestors.
The character Haddish plays has yet to be revealed, leaving many wondering how she will be involved in the new story. While walking the red carpet, Haddish revealed that she hadn't seen the movie yet, so she wasn't sure if she was going to be in it, suggesting that her role may be a small one or a cameo.
"It was an honor and a privilege. I feel so grateful and thankful. I prayed to God about this many, many years ago. We've had many discussions about this. I'm sure I've gotten on God's nerves about this. That's why when I finished shooting my scene, I went to my trailer and had to write a little letter to God thanking him and then apologizing for cussing at him for putting me in certain places. But you know, me and God, we good...So manifestation works?...Manifestation, prayer? Yeah and like, being obedient. That works"
So, what do you guys think of Tiffany Haddish's casting in Bad Boys: Ride or Die? Are you excited for the new movie?
